<br />That Westheimer Post Oak Corporation, a Texas corporation (herein

<br />sometimes called "Grantor"), acting herein by and through its duly authorized

<br />officers, in consideration of the sum of Forty Five Thousand Four Hundred

<br />Sixty Two and No/100 Dollars ($45,462.00) to said Grantor in hand paid by

<br />Grantor herein by deeds recorded in Volume 3191, 'Page 219, and Volume 4674,

<br />Page 44, respectively, of the Harris County Deed Records; said tracts being

<br />adjacent to Fairmont Park, Sections 1 and 2, same being additions in Harris
<br />
<br />County, Texas, according to the plats thereof recorded in Volume 52, Page 21,
<br />
<br />and Volume 88, Page 61, respectively, of the Harris County Map Records; the

<br />tract herein conveyed being described as follows, to wit:

<br />Beginning at an iron rod at the Southwesterly intersection of
<br />the Westerly Right-of-Way of Lake Trail Drive and the Southerly
<br />Right-of-Way of Collingswood Road as shown on said plat of
