<br />SAVE AND EXCEPT, however, that Grantor does hereby impose the

<br />hereinafter mentioned restrictions upon the property herein conveyed, each

<br />and of which restrictions being hereby made covenants running with the land;

<br />the herein conveyance being'expressly made subject to same, and Grantee, for
