2.5 RELIANCE <br />This Phase I & 11 ESA was prepared in general conformance with the scope and limitations of ASTM <br />Practice E 1527-05. This Phase I & II ESA was prepared for Garson Silvers, American Industries Life <br />Insurance - Real Property Mortgage based on findings at the Subject Property, located at Broadway & East <br />A St.. Any exceptions or deletions from this practice are described in Section 2.0 of this report. This report <br />has been prepared for the express use of Garson Silvers, American Industries Life Insurance - Real <br />Property Mortgage subject to the limitations in this report and Geo-Tech's Standard Agreement. No other <br />person or organization is entitled to rely upon any part of this report without the prior written consent of <br />Geo-Tech Environmental, Inc.
