4.0 USER PROVIDED INFORMATION 4.1 TITLE RECORDS Preparation of the Chain -of -Title was not requested for this Report. Other sources documented below were used to establish the history of the prior use of property. This property may be subject to easements and/or other restrictions not within the scope of this environmental report. 4.2 ENVIRONMENTAL LIENS OR ACTIVITY AND USE LIMITATIONS No environmental liens or use limitations were discovered in the documents reviewed in preparation of this report. 4.3 SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE The user (Client) of an environmental report may have specialized knowledge or experience that is material to RECs in connection with the property that may not be reasonably ascertainable by the environmental professional. This section is designed to help determine K such knowledge or information exists. 4.3.1 ENVIRONMENTAL QUESTIONNAIRE (PROVIDED BY USER) The environmental questionnaire pertaining to the subject property has been completed. The questionnaire is attached at the end of this Report. The answers to the questionnaire indicated some knowledge of potential environmental concerns. Question Numbers 4a, 10b, and 16 were all answered in the affirmative. 4.3.2 PERSONAL INTERVIEWS WITH PERSONS KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH THE PROPERTY Mr. Garson Silvers (the current owner's representative) was interviewed on the telephone regarding any specialized knowledge he might have pertaining to the subject property. Mr. Silvers completed the questionnaire documenting a formergas station on the subject property. 4.3.3 PREVIOUS ENVIRONMENTAL REPORTS No previous environmental site assessments were provided to Geo-Tech for review. 4.3.4 USER RESPONSIBILITIES INFORMATION The user of this report is Garson Silvers, American Industries Life Insurance- Real Property Mortgage In order to qualify for one of the Landowner Liability Protections (LLPs) offered by the Small Business Liability Relief and Brownfields Revitalization Act of 2001 all users must provide the following information (if available) to Geo Tech Environmental, Inc.
