Exhibit "A" PARCEL 2 BEING a 0.0644 of one acre tract of land situated in the Johnson Hunter Survey, Abstract No. 35 in Harris County, Texas, being out of that certain tract conveyed by deed executed October 30, 2008 to Stacy Lowe and Kim Deyoung recorded in Harris County Clerks File No. 20060175828, Official Public Records of Real Property of Hams County, Texas, said tract being Lots 21-23, Block 719, of Map of La Porte, a subdivision recorded in Volume 58, Page 460, Deed Records of Harris County, Texas said 0.0644 of one acre tract is described by metes and bounds as follows: COMMENCING at a 5/8 inch iron rod fouod at the intersection of the south right-of-way line of North A (Polk) Street, (60 feet wide) and the west right-of-way line of North 15th Street, (60 feet wide) as dedicated by said Map of La Porte, said iron rod being the northeast corner of Block 717 of said Map of La Porte; THENCE, North 86 degrees 56 minutes 04 seconds East, with said south right-of-way line of North A (Polk) Street, 652.00 feet to a point at the northeast corner of said Block 719 and the intersection of said North A (Polk) Street and North 13th Street, (80 feet wide)as dedicated by said Map of La Porte; THENCE, South 03 degrees 03 minutes 56 seconds East, with said west right-of-way line of North 13th Street, 175.00 feet to a set 5/8 inch iron rod with "Baseline Corp." plastic cap for the POINT OF BEGINNING and the northeast corner of the herein described tract and said Lot 23, said Iron rod being the southeast corner of Lot 24, of said Block 719 as conveyed by deed executed September 3, 1968 to La Porte independent School District recorded in Volume 7443, Page 9 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas; THENCE, South 03 degrees 03 minutes 56 seconds East, continuing with said west right-of-way line, 75.00 feet to a set 5/8 inch iron rod with "Baseline Corp." plastic cap for the southeast corner of the herein described tract and said Lot 21, being on the north line of an alley, (25 feet wide) as dedicated by said Map of La Porte; THENCE, South 86 degrees 56 minutes 04 seconds West, with said north line of the alley and the south line of Lot 21, 49.75 feet to a set 5/8 inch iron rod with "Baseline Corp."plastic cap for the southwest corner of the herein described tract; THENCE, North 15 degrees 11 minutes 50 seconds East, with the west line of the herein described tract, 78.98 feet to a set 5/8 inch iron rod with "Baseline Corp." plastic cap for the northwest corner of the herein described tract and being on the south line of said Lot 24; THENCE, North 86 degrees 56 minutes 04 seconds East, with said south line of Lot 24 and the north line of the herein described tract, 25.00 feet to tho POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 0.0644 of one acre (2,803 square feet) of land.
