EXHIBIT 11 B'' PARCEL 3 BEING a 0.0287 of one acre tract of land situated in the Johnson Hunter Survey, Abstract No. 35 in Harris County, Texas, being out of that certain tract conveyed by deed executed October 30, 2006 to Stacy Lowe and Kim Deyoung recorded in Harris County Clerk's File No. 20060175828, Official Public Records of Real Property of Harris County, Texas, being all of Lots 25-26, Block 719, of Map of La Porte, a subdivision recorded in Volume 58, Page 460, Deed Records of Harris County, Texas, said 0.0287 of one acre tract is described by metes and bounds as follows: COMMENCING at a 5/8 inch iron rod found at the intersection of the south right-of-way line of North A (Polk) Street, (60 feet wide) and the west right-of-way line of North 15th Street, (60 feet wide) as dedicated by said Map of La Porte, said iron rod being the northeast corner of Block 717 of said Map of La Porte; THENCE, North 86 degrees 56 minutes 04 seconds East, with said south right-of-way 4 line of North A (Polk) Street, 652.00 feet to a point at the intersection of said south right- of-way line of North A (Polk) Street and the west right-of-way line of North 13th Street, (80 feet wide) as dedicated by said Map of La Porte; THENCE, South 03 degrees 03 minutes 56 seconds East, with said west right-of-way line of North 13th Street, 100.00 feet to a set 5/8 inch iron rod with "Baseline Corp." plastic cap for the POINT OF BEGINNING and the northeast corner of the herein described tract, said iron rod being the southeast corner of Lot 27, of said Block 719, said Lot being part of that certain tract conveyed by deed executed May 28, 2003 to Shirley Feinstein and Marlene Friedman recorded in Hams County Clerk's File No. W706580 and W706581, Official Public Records of Real Property of Harris County, Texas; THENCE, South 03 degrees 03 minutes 56 seconds East, continuing with said west right-of-way line, 50.00 feet to a set 5/8 inch iron rod with "Baseline Corp." plastic cap for the southeast corner of the herein described tract and said Lot 25 and the northeast corner of Lot 24, Block 719 of said subdivision as conveyed by deed executed September 3, 1968 to La Porte Independent School District recorded in Volume 7443, Page 9 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas; THENCE, South 86 degrees 56 minutes 04 seconds West, with the south fine of said Lot 25, 25.00 feet to a set 5/8 inch iron rod with "Baseline Corp." plastic cap for the southwest corner of the herein described tract;
