<br />A.D. 1953, has cpit-claimed, and by these presents does quit-claim, unto the

<br />all of the riglIt, title, interest, claim and d emand lvhich the City of La Porte

<br />has or may have acquired by virtue of the hereinabove mentioned tax suit, and
<br />all proceedings thereunder, and including the hereinabove mentioned Sheriff's
<br />Deed, which is r ecarded in Vol. 1039, Page 402, of the Dee,d Records of Harris

<br />County, Texas, in ani to the following describEd propeJ:'ty, to-wit:

<br />All of Block No. Nineteen (19) of the Town of La Porte,
<br />in Harris County, Texas, according to the map or plat
<br />thereof recorded in the office of the County Clerk of
<br />said County, to which refeJ:'ence is here made f or all
<br />purposes.

<br />TO HAVE AND 'It) HOLD the above released rights, titles, interests,
<br />claims and demands, to the said present several mmers of the several lots in
<br />the said Block No. Nineteen (19) of tIE Town of La Porte, in Harris County,

<br />Texas, their heirs and assigns, forever.

<br />In testimony whereof' the said City of La Porte, Texas, has caused
<br />these presents to b e executed by M.D.Burgin, its Mayor, and attested by J. E.
