BOYLE, TRUSTEE; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. WHEREAS the City of LaPorte has made application to the City of Morgan's Point, to close a portion of the right-of-way of North "H" Street North of Block 456 and 457 and South of Blocks 474 and 475 of the Town 'of LaPorte an addition to the City of Morgan's Point Texas between North Broadway on the West and the rail road tracks on the east. WHEREAS the Ci ty of LaPorte is the record owner of Lots 1 through 32 of Blocks 474 ,and Block 475, Town of LaPorte Harris County Texas which abuts a portion of North "H" Street lying within the City of Morgan's Point, Texas. WHEREAS Charles D. Boyle, Trustee has made application to the Gity of Morgan's Point to close a portion of the right-of- way of North "H" Street north of Blocks 456 and 457 and, south of Blocks 475, 474 Town. of LaPorte an addition to the ci ty of Morgan's Point, Texas; a portion of the right of way of 8th Avenue east of Blocks 456 and 455 and west of Blocks 457 and 454, Town of LaPorte an additi~n to the City of Morgan's Point, Texas; portion of the right-of-way of North "G" Street north of Blocks 454 and 455 and south of Blocks 457 and 456, Town of LaPorte, an addition to the City of Morgan's Point Texas; and the alleys -1- b:\morganspoint\Ord-7-88
