Crawford, Jr., by Deed as recorded in Volume 6959, Page 568 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas, dated October 11, 1967, said easement being described as follows: COMMENCING at Southwest corner of Block 7, Sylvan Beach ~irst Subdivision as recorded; said point being also the Southwest corner of Lot 10 of said Block 7 a 3/4" iron pipe found; THENCE S 250 28' 19" W, along the East line of Grandview Avenue a distance of 35.08 feet to the intersection of the East line of Grandview Avenue with the South line of Cedar Avenue a 5/8" iron rod found for corner; THENCE S 640 31' 41" E a distance of 5 feet to the point of beginning; THENCE S 250 28' 19" W a distance of 59.63 feet to a point in the North shoreline of Little Cedar Bayou; THENCE N 250 28' 19" E to a distance of 61.36 feet to a point for corner; THENCE N 640 31' 41" W to a distance of 10.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same perpetually to the City of LaPorte and its successors, together with the right and privilege at any and all times to enter said premises, or any part thereof, for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing and maintaining said sewer; and for making connections therewith; all upon the conditions that the City of LaPorte will at all times, after doing any work in connection with the construction, reconstruction or repair of said sewer, or any lateral thereof, restore said premises to the condition in which same were found before such work was undertaken, and that in the use of said rights and privileges herein granted the City of LaPorte will not create ~,2'lt"
