<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />UTILITY EASEMENT <br /> <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HARRIS <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />That VISTA BAYWOOD HOUSING, LTD., a Texas Limited Partnership <br /> <br />of Harris County, Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of <br /> <br />One Dollar ($1.00) cash to it in hand,p,aid ,by the CITY OF LAPORTE, <br /> <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby GIVE and GRANT <br /> <br />to the said CITY OF LAPORTE, a municipal corporation of Harris <br /> <br />County, Texas, the right to construct, reconstruct and perpetually <br /> <br />maintain a sanitary sewer line together with all necessary laterals <br /> <br />in, upon and across the following described property: <br /> <br />Bei ng a 15 foot . wi de uti 1 i ty easement a 1 on9 the <br />North line of a 10.000 acre tract of land out <br />of the Frank "Bonner Howard 'Tracts No.1, 2 and <br />3, as recorded in Volume 3319 at Page 7 of the <br />Harris County Deed Records, out of Lot 23, W~ B. <br />Lowrance Subdivision, Johnson Hunter League, <br />A-35, Harris County, Texas, as recorded in <br />Volume 83 at Pages 596 and 597 of the.Harris <br />.County Deed Records, said easement being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />,BEGINNING at a 5/8" iron rod found, at the North- <br />ease corner of said 10.000 acre tract; <br /> <br />tHENCE, South a distrance of 15.40 feet, along <br />~he East line of said 10.000 ~cre tract; <br /> <br />THENCE, N 76 511 37" W, 15 feet South of and <br />parallel to the North line of said 10.000 acre <br />tract, a distance of 389.75 feet to a point <br />for corner, said point being the Southeast <br />corner of an existing 15 foot wide easement; <br /> <br />'-THENCE, N 13 081 23" E, along the East line <br />of said existing easement, a distance of 15.00 <br />feet to the North line of said 10.000 acre <br />tract, said point being in the South line of <br />that certain 9.4925 acre tract conveyed to <br />Watsonls Bay, Inc., by W. S. Crawford, Jr., <br />by Deed recorded in Volume 6959 at Page 568 <br />of the Harris County Deed Records; <br /> <br />THENCE, S 76 511 37" E, along the common line <br />of the 10.000 acre tract and the Watsonls Bay, <br />Inc., 9.4925 acre tract, a distance of 386.25 <br />feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. . <br /> <br />';: <br />
