Lowrance Subdivision, Johnson Hunter League, A-35, Harris County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 83 at Pages 596 and 597 of the.Harris .County Deed Records, said easement being more particularly described as follows: ,BEGINNING at a 5/8" iron rod found, at the North- ease corner of said 10.000 acre tract; tHENCE, South a distrance of 15.40 feet, along ~he East line of said 10.000 ~cre tract; THENCE, N 76 511 37" W, 15 feet South of and parallel to the North line of said 10.000 acre tract, a distance of 389.75 feet to a point for corner, said point being the Southeast corner of an existing 15 foot wide easement; '-THENCE, N 13 081 23" E, along the East line of said existing easement, a distance of 15.00 feet to the North line of said 10.000 acre tract, said point being in the South line of that certain 9.4925 acre tract conveyed to Watsonls Bay, Inc., by W.
