Thence, South 62 degrees 45 minutes West; coincident with the South right-of-way line of "G" Street and the North boundary line of Block 275 and 274; a'distance of 512.38 feet to a point for corner coincident with the center line of the proposed 10.00 feet wide easement and the POINT OF BEGINNING. Thence, South 28 degrees 27 minutes 29 seconds East; coincident with the center line of the proposed 10.00 feet wide easement; a distance of 367.37 feet to a point for curve. Thence, in,a South-Southeasterly direction, coincident with the center line of the proposed 10.00 feet wide easement; following a curve to the right, said curve having a central angle of 28 degrees 30 minutes 20 seconds and a radius of 200.00 feet; an arc distance of 99.50 feet to a Point of Tangency.
