Box 1529 <br />Houston, Texas 77001 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Baker: <br /> <br />In reference to your letter of July 27, 1978, please be <br />advised that Southwestern Bell Telephone Company agrees to abandon its- <br />easements as they now exist in Blocks 1,'3 and 5 of Garden Walk Town~ <br />homes Section One. <br /> <br />New Southwestern Bell Telephone Company easements as . <br />shown on your new Bay Point Gardenhomes plat are acceptable with the <br />following additions required; <br /> <br />1. 10' Easement at rear of Lots 7, 8', 9 and 10 of Block- 1 <br />has to be extended east to Cypress Cove and west to <br />State Highway No. 146. <br /> <br />2. 10' Easement at rear of Lots 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 of <br />Block 3 has to be extended east to Eighth Street and <br />west to Cypress Cove. <br /> <br />:" .., <br /> <br />,.,3. - 10' Easement at rear of Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Block 5 <br />has to be extended east to Beech Cove and west to <br />Eighth Street. <br /> <br />These additional easements are required so that we may <br />utilize our existing cable facilities which are located on the south <br />side of Garden Walk Drive and within the 16' easement on the east side <br />of State Highway No. 146. <br /> <br />at 472-7953. - <br /> <br />For any additional information please contact J.
