.. . -- - " EST ABLISHMENT OF UTILITY EASEMENTS THE ST ATE OF TEXAS . . KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COU NTY OF HARRIS . . WHEREAS, by map or plat recorded in Volume 195, Page 18, of the Records of Map of Harris County, Texas, a subdivision in Harris County, Texas, entitled Garden Walk Townhomes, Section One (1), was created; and WHEREAS, on said map or plat, certain easements were granted to Houston Lighting & Power Company and Southwestern Bell Telephone Company in Blocks One (1), Three (3) and Five (5) of Garden Walk Townhomes, Section One; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of Houston Lighting & Power Company, Southwestern'Bell Telephone Company and J. S. Building Co., the present owner and holder of said Blocks One (1), Three (3) and Five (5), to relocate said easements: NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the undersigned, J. S. BUILDING CO., does herby establish, create and grant unto SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY and HOUSTON LIGHTING & POWER COMPANY, utility easements as shown on the attached Exhibit "A" in Blocks One (0, Three (3) and Five (5) of Garden Walk Townhomes, Section One (0, as recorded in Volume 195, Page 18 of the Map Records of Harris County, Texas, having the same force and effect as if said utility easements had been shown on the map or plat as originally recorded.
