e e Parcel 3, for the benefit of Parcels 2 and 3, respectively, for the purpose of installing, constructing, reconstructing, operating or maintaining connections to (i) the septic tanks and related sewer line or lines to be built pursuant to Paragraph A of this Section VII and (ii) sanitary sewer lines to connect to any publicly maintained sanitary sewer system, across, under and upon those portions of Parcell described in the Septic Tank and Sanitary Sewer Easement Tract. D. The Owner of Parcel 2 hereby grants a non-exclusive, perpetual easement to the Owner of Parcel 3, for the benefit of Parcel 3, for the purpose of installing, constructing, recon- structing, repairing, maintaining and removing a sewer line or lines, to be built on the portion of Parcel 2 described in the Septic Tank and Sanitary Sewer Easement Tract. E. The owners of Parcels 1 and 2, respectively, reserve the right to utilize their property for such purposes as do not unreasonably interfere with the easements herein granted. In the event any installation, construction, operation or mainte- nance of said easements may be required from time to time and any party effecting such installation, construction, operation or maintenance causes any disruption to or interference with the use or enjoyment of any Parcel where such'work is being effected, then the party so disrupting or interfering shall expedite such installation, construction, maintenance, repair or replacement so as to minimize any such disruption and inter- ference and shall promptly restore said easement tract to sub- stantially the same condition as prior to the beginning of such work. F. The Owner of Parcell shall contract with an indepen- dent contractor for the maintenance, repair and operation of said septic tanks and sewer lines. Subject to the provisions of Section IX and XI hereof, all sums payable pursuant to such contract and all other costs and expenses of maintaining, -12-
