<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />C. The easements granted in Paragraphs A and B of this <br />Section V are for the purposes of construction, installation <br />and maintenance of a fire protection system including, but not <br />limited to, a ground level water tank, pumps, subsurface water <br />lines and related apparatus. <br />D. The Owner of Parcel 1 agrees to construct a fire pro- <br />tection system consisting of the equipment listed in Paragraph <br />C of this Section V. The Owner of Parcel 1 shall pay all costs <br />and expenses of constructing and installing the fire protection <br />system. Subject to the provisions of Sections IX and XI <br />hereof, the Owner of Parcel 2 and the Owner of Parcel 3 each <br />severally agree, within ten (10) days after request therefor by <br />the Owner of Parcel 1, accompanied by appropriate supporting <br />data, to reimburse the Owner of Parcel 1 for all of the costs <br />and out-of-pocket expenses of such construction and installa- <br />tion in an amount equal to such costs and expenses multiplied <br />by a ratio the numerator of which is the number of square feet <br />of improvements on the subject parcel and the denominator of <br />which is the number of square feet of improvements on Parcels <br />1, 2 and 3. Each time improvements are added to Parcel 2 or <br />Parcel 3, an additional sum, calculated on the same formula, <br />but deducting therefrom any amounts previously paid, shall be <br />payable to the Owner of Parcel 1. <br />E. Each of the respective owners of the Parcels reserves <br />the right to utilize its property for such purposes as do not <br />unreasonably interfere with the easements and other rights <br />herein granted, and the respective owners shall have the right <br />to grant such other easements, rights or privileges in and to <br />the easement tracts, to the extent that said tracts are located <br />on their property, to such persons and for such purposes as the <br />respective owners, in their discretion, may select, so long as <br />such purposes do not unreasonably interfere with the use of the <br />easement tracts for the fire protection system. <br /> <br />-8- <br />
