<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />F. The subsurface water lines shall be buried underground <br />to a sufficient depth so as not to interfere with the present <br />and future use of Parcels 1, 2 or 3. In the event any instal- <br />lation, construction, maintenance, repair or replacement of <br />such water lines may be required from time to time and any <br />party effecting such installation, construction, maintenance, <br />repair or replacement causes any disruption to or interference <br />with any other owner's use and enjoyment of said owner's <br />Parcel, then the party so disrupting or interfering shall expe- <br />dite such installation, construction, maintenance, repair or <br />replacement so as to minimize any such disruption and interfer- <br />ence and shall promptly restore the disrupted Parcel or Parcels <br />to substantially the same condition as prior to the beginning <br />of the disrupting work. <br />G. The easements granted herein shall be perpetual and <br />shall only be terminated by recordation of a written agreement <br />of all of the owners of Parcels 1, 2 and 3 and their respective <br />heirs, administrators, successors and assigns. <br />H. The Owner of Parcel 1 shall contract with an indepen <br />dent contractor for the maintenance, repair and operation of <br />the fire protection system. SUbject to the provisions of <br />Sections IX and XI hereof, all sums payable pursuant to such <br />contract and all replacing or removing of the pump, water tank <br />and subsurface lines shall be borne in accordance with the <br />formula provided in subparagraph D above. <br />VI. Utility Easements <br />A. The Owner of Parcel 1 hereby grants to the Owner of <br />Parcel 2 and the Owner of Parcel 3, for the benefit of Parcels <br />2 and 3, respectively, a non-exclusive, perpetual easement for <br />the purposes described in Paragraph D of this Section VI, <br />across, upon and under those portions of Parcel 1 described on <br />Exhibit H hereto (the "Utility Easement Tract"). <br /> <br />-9- <br />
