The Owner of Parcel 2 hereby grants to the Owner of Parcell and the Owner of Parcel 3, for the benefit of Parcels 1 and 3, respectively, a non-exclusive, perpetual easement for the purposes described in Paragraph D of this Section VI, across, upon and under those portions of Parcel 2 described in the Utility Easement Tract. C. The Owner of Parcel 3 hereby grants to the Owner of Parcell and the Owner of Parcel 2, ~or the benefit of Parcels 1 and 2, respectively, a non-exclusive, perpetual easement for the purposes described in Paragraph D of this Section VI, across, upon and under those portions of Parcel 3 described in the Utility Easement Tract. D. The easements granted in Paragraphs A, Band C of this Section VI are for the purpose of installation, reinstallation, maintenance, repair, operation, replacement or removal of such public or private gas, water and electrical utility lines as might be required from time to time. E. It is understood and agreed that all said public and private utility lines shall be buried underground so as not to interfere with owners' and their successors and assigns present and future use of their respective Parcels. It is further understood and agreed that if any installation, maintenance, repair, operation, replacement or removal of such public or private utility lines as might be required from,time to time causes any disruption to or interference with the owners' or their successors' and assigns' use and enjoyment of the Parcels then the party causing the disruption, or its successors and assigns, shall expedite such installation, maintenance, repair, operation, replacement or removal, as the case may be, so as to minimize any such disruption and interference and shall promptly restore the disrupted property to its state prior to the commencement of such work.
