<br />.' <br />".. .:, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />,'148-7' : '958 <br />facilities. <br /> <br />inspect, <br /> <br />replace, repair and <br /> <br />remove the water <br /> <br />Grantee shall be obligated to promptly restore the surface and <br />all improvements affected by its construction activities to the <br />condition the Subject Property was in prior to Grantee's <br />construction of the water facilities and shall in no event <br /> <br />commi t , nor permit or suffer to be committed, any waste or <br />nuisance on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />The easement, rights and privileges granted herein <br />are not exclusive and Grantor reserves and retains the right to <br />convey similar rights and easements to such other persons or <br />entities as Grantor may deem proper provided, however, that any <br />such conveyance does not interfere with the use of the Subject <br />Property by Grantee as specified herein. <br /> <br />Grantor expressly reserves unto Grantor, its legal <br />representatives, successors and assigns, the right to use and <br />enjoy the surface and subsurface of the Subject Property for <br />any and all purposes which do not interfere with the use <br />thereof by Grantee for the herein specified purposes, and <br />reserves unto Grantor, its legal representatives, successors <br />and assigns the specific right to use the surface and <br />subsurface of the Subject Property for roads, driveways, <br />alleys, walks, gardens, lawns, parking areas, other utility and <br /> <br />drainage purposes, in, on, upon, over, under, along and across <br /> <br />the Subject Property provided any such uses do not interfere <br />with the use of the Subject Property by Grantee as specified <br /> <br />herein. <br /> <br />Grantor <br /> <br />herel;>y <br /> <br />binds <br /> <br />itself, <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />legal <br /> <br />representatives, suc~esso~s and assigns to warrant and forever <br />defend the above described easement and rights unto Grantee, <br />its successors and assigns, subject and except as aforesaid, <br /> <br />RETURN TO: <br /> <br />Askins & Armstrong, P.C. <br />P.O.
