<br />Texas (Vol. 85, Pg. 440-441, Harris County Deed Records) in the
<br />Johnson Hunter Survey, A-35, La Porte, Harris County, Texas. The
<br />storm drainage easement is more particularly described by metes and
<br />bounds as follows:
