<br />.f ~.'.." <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br />'190-70- '826 <br /> <br />"' <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />TRACT TWO <br /> <br />Being a 20 feet wide storm drainage easement across a portion <br />of Lots 26 thru 28, Block 6, Plat of Bayfront Addition to La Porte, <br />Harris County, Texas (Vol. 85, Pg. 440-441, Harris County Deed <br />Records) in the Johnson Hunter Survey, A-35, La Porte, Ha~ris <br />County, Texas. The 20 feet wide easement is more particularly <br />decribed by metes and bounds as follows: <br /> <br />COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of Lot 28, Block 6 at the <br />intersection of the South right-of-way line of East "E" Street (60 <br />feet right-of-way) and the West right-of-way line of Brownell <br />(Thirteenth) Avenu~ (60 feet right-of-way). <br /> <br />Thence, south 62 degrees 45 minutes <br />South right-of-way line of said East <br />boundary line of Lot 28i a distance of <br />BEGINNING. <br /> <br />Westi coincident with the <br />RE" Street and the North <br />2.63 feet to the POINT OF <br /> <br />Thence, South 12 degrees 45 minutes Westi a distance of 89.23 <br />feet to a point for corner. <br /> <br />Thence, North 77 degrees 15 mminutes Westi a distance of 20.00 <br />feet to a point for corner. <br /> <br />Thence, North 12 degrees 45 minutes Easti a distance of 72.45 <br />feet to a point for corner. <br /> <br />Thence, North 62 degrees 45 minutes Easti coincident with the <br />South right-of-way line of East "ED Street and the North boundary <br />line of Lot 28i a distance of 26.11 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described easement, together with <br />all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise <br />belonging unto the said CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, its successors and <br />assigns, and its franchised public utilities, in accordance with th~ <br />terms and conditions hereinabove set forth.
