MELASKY, have compromised and settled matters in dispute concerning the sanitary sewer easement and the right of entry agreement attached to this settlement agreement and release, For and in consideration of the payments by the CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS to them described below, EMERY FARKAS individually and on behalf of LIEBE CORPORATION, and his attorney, DAVID H. MELASKY hereby agree that all obligations of the CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, its officers, agents, attorneys and employees which have or could ever have arisen out of the right of entry agreement attached hereto are hereby satisfied by the execution of the sanitary sewer easement attached hereto and the acceptance of the below referenced consideration therefore and the payment of said compensation are full and complete compensation for the sanitary sewer easement, the right of entry agreement and any compensation which might arise out of the dismissal with prejudice of Cause No. 686222, styled CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS V, FRYMORE CORPORATION and LIEBE CORPORATION, now pending in County Civil Court At Law No 4 of Harris County, Texas. EMERY FARKAS individually and on behalf of LIEBE CORPORATION, and his attorney, DAVID H. MELASKY, through their undersigned signatures, and for and in consideration of the payment to EMERY FARKAS and LIEBE CORPORATION_of the sum of SIX ffiJNDRED SEVENTEEN AND NO/lOO DOLLARS ($617.00), the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, and the payment to DAVID H. MELASKY of the sum of ONE THOUSAND AND NO/lOO DOLLARS ($1,000,00), the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby release, acquit and forever discharge the CITY OF LA PORTE,
