<br />assigns, a perpetual easement to, at any time and frost time to
<br />time, construct, maintain, inspect and repair a drainage conduit
<br />and its agguxtenances.
<br />The Grantee further agrees to construct and maintain a six

<br />The herein easement shall have an overall permanent w~.dth of

<br />of a drainage conduit and its appurtenances as described. Grantor
