Provide a minimmn of six inches (6") of crushed rock ballast below rail ties. <br /> <br />5. Additional works may be required by CW A to prevent <br /> <br />overloading the CW A pipeline. <br /> <br />6. Provide and maintain a heavy-duty plank grade crossing for use by CW A. <br /> <br />H. SURFACE STATIC LOADS AND MATERIAL STORAGE <br /> <br />Storage of materials or placement of surface static loads, other than as set forth under F and <br /> <br />~I <br />~I" <br />~lii <br /> <br />G above, will not be allowed within CW A's easement, except that with the written <br /> <br />permission of CW A, they may be placed in areas outside of the area subtended by two <br /> <br />planes extending upward at an angle of forty-five degrees (450) above the horizontal from <br /> <br />the center of the buried pipeline to intersection with the natural ground line. <br /> <br />I.
