Grantee's CATV <br />System shall transmit or distribute signals of adequate strength to <br />produce good pictures with good sound in all television re- <br />ceivers of all Subscribers without causing cross modulation in <br />the cables or interference with other electrical or electronic <br />systems. <br />F. Channel Capacity. Grantee's CATV System shall have a <br />minimum channel capacity of thirty-five (35) television channels. <br />To the extent that Grantee elects, or is required, to increase <br />its channel capacity, Grantee agrees to include within such <br />increase a.proportional increase in the'number of Educational <br />Access and Public.Access Channels required by Sections 13.J. and <br />K. <br />G. -Signals to be Carried. Grantee shall carry on its CATV <br />System the signals of all stations significantly viewed in Houston, <br />Harris County, Texas, and the signals of no less than two (2) <br />distant independent commercial stations as well -as the signals of <br />such.'distant educational and non-English language stations as may <br />be technically and'economically feasible. <br />H. Converter -Parental Lock; Selection of Signal Number. <br />Grantee shall not offer or provide any Converter that cannot be <br />equipped with a parental lock capable of locking or securing one <br />Channel or all Channels. Further, the Channel selector of the <br />Converter shall be numbered so that Grantee may carry all rele- <br />vant over -the -air television signals on the Channel number of the <br />station. City Commission may waive the requirement of this section <br />if it is technically infeasible. <br />I. Temperature Range. Grantee's CATV System shall be <br />capable of operating throughout the air temperature range of 0 to <br />
