At .least two (2) Channels <br />shall be reserved for the use of the educational authorities in <br />City. Such Channels shall be provided free of charge. <br />K. Public Access Channels. At least two (2) channels shall <br />be reserved for the use of the public, one of which shall have <br />nondiscriminatory access without charge on a first come, first <br />serve basis, and the other of which shall be reserved for use by <br />40 City. . <br />L. 'Standard of 'Care. Grantee shall at all times employ a <br />high standard of'care and shall install, maintain and use approved <br />methods and devices for preventing failures or accidents which <br />are likely to cause damages, injuries or nuisances to the public. <br />M. No Obscenity. Within the limits of federal, state and <br />local law, Grantee shall not offer or permit its CATV System to <br />present obscene or indecent material. Furthermore, whenever <br />Grantee permits, whether by lease, contract, in response to <br />lawful government requirements or otherwise, the use of or access <br />• to a Channel for the purpose of program presentation, Grantee <br />shall use all lawful means to ensure that such presentations do <br />not include any obscene or indecent matter or material. <br />N. Service and Repair. Grantee shall render efficient <br />service, make repairs promptly and interrupt service only for <br />good cause and for the shortest time possible. Insofar as possi- <br />ble, such interruptions shall be preceded by forty-eight (48) <br />hour's notice and shall occur during periods of minimum use of <br />the CATV System. <br />0 <br />
