Grantee shall maintain one principal <br />office, and may maintain as many sub -offices as are reasonably <br />necessary to promote good service and convenience to the public, <br />in -the Franchise Area, which shall be open during all usual <br />business hours, have a listed te.Tephone and be so equipped and <br />operated that complaints and requests for installation, repairs <br />or adjustments may be received twenty-four (24) hours a day, <br />seven (7) days a week. <br />P. Service Calls. Grantee shall respond to all service <br />calls within twenty-four (24)-hours and correct malfunctions as <br />promptly as possible, but, in all events,.within a reasonable <br />time which shall be seventy-two (72) hours after notice thereof, <br />except during times of general breakdown due to weather or other <br />catastrophe. For such purpose, Grantee shall maintain a compe- <br />tent staff of employees sufficient in size to provide adequate <br />and prompt service to Subscribers. <br />Q. State of the Art. Grantee shall undertake any and all <br />construction and installation necessary to keep current with the <br />latest developments in the state of the art of CATV, whether with <br />respect to increasing Channel capacity, developing other new <br />services, instituting more extensive two-way service or other- <br />wise. <br />R. Studio for Local Program Origination. Grantee shall <br />have the option -of either (1) constructing and operating a studio <br />capable of originating live and taped programming in both black <br />and white and in color in its Franchise Area or (2) participating <br />with other holders of cable television franchises in the construc- <br />tion of a similar studio in a centrally located area with other <br />holders of cable television franchises.
