Code Sec. 551.0415, the Council may receive from staff and/or may make <br />a report about items of community interest during a meeting without having given notice of <br />the subject of the report, if no action is taken and, except as provided by Section 551.042, <br />possible action is not discussed regarding the information provided in the report. <br />Hear announcements concerning matters appearing on the agenda; items of community <br />interest; and/or inquiries of staff regarding specific factual information or existing policy from <br />the Mayor, Councilpersons, and City staff, for which no formal action will be discussed. <br />9.
