Spencer a comment was made about the new owner complying with drainage on Spencer
and we reverified the prior conclusion of our comer property not being part of that
discussion since our frontage on Driftwood would take care our development.
Again, it is evident that the county was only referenced regarding drainage on Spencer
and everyone was aware that Driftwood was only important for the two curb -cuts along
with the one on Spencer and the city was fine with Driftwood handling water into their
system to the giant retention pond at the north end of Driftwood.
During this process the buyer of the western piece of property was beginning his PAC
meetings and was also told that retention and drainage was not going to be an issue.
PAC meeting #3
This meeting was on January 27, 2016 at 1; 30pm
Attendees: Eric Ensey, Scott Livingston
Others: Bob Pizzitola, Dow Pizzitola, Bryan Moore, Rodney Slaton
This meeting was to clarify the engineering requirements for the construction which was
then scheduled to begin in February.
Erick Ensey informed the group that additional drainage requirements were needed for
Harris County. We explained that we were sheet draining into Driftwood and therefore
did not need to meet any Harris County requirement regarding that.
This is when everyone was informed that Driftwood was a county road not a city road
and that additional requirements were present.
