You also want to <br />try and notify all senior staff and unsuccessful candidates before they read about it in the <br />newspaper. SGR will assist with this coordination and with drafting any announcements or <br />press releases. <br />Transition Strategy <br />There are a variety of transition issues when hiring a new executive. SGR will brief the <br />client on transition issues that need to be addressed and will provide a recommendation on <br />what actions to take.
