Upon coordinating <br />with multiple stakeholders, Staff was able to obtain a copy of the attached UnitedStates <br />Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Approved Jurisdictional Determination (AJD) letter, <br />associated with the Dutko property.Staff has coordinated with the environmental <br />services consultant, Berg-Oliver Associates, Inc. toexplain the <br />and to assist with responding to related questions. <br />ACTION REQUIRED BY DRAINAGE AND FLOODING COMMITTEE <br />Receiveand analyze thereporttoprovide Staff with direction, as necessary. <br />Approved for Drainage CommitteeAgenda <br />Corby D.
