Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding the status of current <br />drainage projects. \[Lorenzo Wingate, Assistant Director of Public Works\] <br /> <br />Lorenzo Wingate, Assistant Director of Public Works, said rookglen project kickoff <br />meeting was hoped for next week; that the Bayside Terrace materials have gone to <br />Purchasing and hope to skip the holiday season and begin work in the new year; that the <br />County is being held to the original scope for the Lomax/F101 project; preliminary <br />th <br />modeling has been completed for the Little Cedar Bayou/F216 project; 6 Street from <br />Madison to Main has entered Phase II due to wetlands issues with the USACE but still <br />th <br />has a favorable timeline; the 8 and D Conveyance project is completed and paving and <br />sidewalks are being done; Battleground Estates will be resumed when ARPA funds are <br />received; and that the pre-bid meeting for the Copeland Drive project will occur this week. <br />He reiterated that the Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the Brookglen <br />detention this week and Member Engelken noted he would like the Committee to review <br />it again before it goes to the Council. <br /> <br />e. Presentation, discussion, and possible action to provide administrative staff of the <br />City with direction, if necessary, regarding additional drainage concerns. \[Lorenzo <br />Wingate, Assistant Director of Public Works\] <br /> <br />There were no further concerns. <br /> <br />4. SET NEXT MEETING <br /> <br />The next meeting was set for November 14, 2022. <br /> <br />5.
