Downtown Houston Business District. The immediate neighborhood of the <br />subject consists of single family detached houses generally range in price from <br />$45,000 to over $1,000,000. They have an estimated age range of between new <br />and +-75 years. The newer single-family homes are typically wood frame homes <br />with brick veneer and some stucco and brick veneer exteriors over concrete slab <br />foundations. The existing commercial activity is located the major roadways such <br />as State Highway 146, Fairmont Parkway Broadway and Main Street. The subject <br />neighborhood is currently considered to be in the growth stage with the general <br />area being approximately 75%-80% built-up. <br />Aerial Map <br />Property Data.
