Motion carried. <br /> <br />Ayes: Commissioners Warren, LaCour, Barrera, Bird, and Lawler <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />14.Administrative reports <br /> <br />Mr. Tietjens reported he had recently given a presentation to the Houston Association of Realtors. He <br />noted in the past two years there have been $65 million in commercial development and approximately <br />the same value for residential development in the City. Included in the residential development were 52 <br />infill homes built outside of subdivisions. <br /> <br />15.Commission comments on matters appearing on the agenda or inquiry of staff regarding specific factual <br />information or existing policy. <br /> <br />Commissioner Bird expressed his appreciation to staff for the work they do. Commissioner Warren <br />expressed the same sentiment. <br /> <br />Commissioner Barrera mentioned the Development Ordinance review subcommittee.
