M St. ROW. The <br />site is currently undeveloped. <br />Background Information: <br />The property is currently undeveloped. The owner of the property would like to change <br />the zoning to LI, allowing them to construct a wholesale trucking type facility. <br />Preliminary layouts for the project show a 7,200 square foot facility with 7 truck docks. <br />th <br />The proposed site plan shows the proposed building front S. 16 St. with the truck docks <br />th <br />to the rear, not visible from S. 16. <br />The attached Exhibit B shows the zoning of the subject property and surrounding <br />properties.
