PUBLIC HEARINGS AND ASSOCIATED ORDINANCES <br />(a) Public hearing to receive comments regarding recommendation by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission to approve an amendment to the Future Land Use Map Component of the <br />La Porte Comprehensive Plan to change the tract of land legally described as Lots 11-24, Block <br />-to High-Density <br />R <br />an Ordinance amending the Future Land Use Map component of the La Porte Comprehensive <br />Plan to change the tract of land legally described as Lots 11-24, Block 1114, Town of La Porte <br />-to High- <br /> E. Ensey <br /> <br />The public hearing opened at 6:17 p.m. <br /> <br />City Planner Eric Ensey presented a summary and recommendation by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission and stated Commissioner Mark Follis removed himself from the dais and did not vote or <br />take part during the P&Z meeting since he was bringing forth this request. <br /> <br />There being no comments, the public hearing closed at 6:22 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zemanek made a motion to approve an Ordinance amending the Future Land Use <br />Map component of the La Porte Comprehensive Plan to change the tract of land legally described as <br />Lots 11-ommercial- to <br />High-.
