Push utilization of tie-downs; additional federal funding <br />will not be available unless current improvements are used. <br />2. Lobby for necessary legislation to eliminate tax problem <br />C. Reopen negotiations with National Guard - enlist political push <br />if necessary <br />D. Engineering report on pavement - supply to FAA for funds (after <br />tie-downs) <br />E. Fund utility improvements (sewer) to develop tie-down area <br />F. Market airport per Council goals <br />G. Work with FAA and Ellington to eliminate identification problem <br />
