Holton. <br />The City Sec' y. read the Ordinance which by action of the <br />council placed the minimum fine for violation of the (?rd- <br />inance at X25.00. The Ordinance to be known as CA"d. ~ 254. <br />The ordinance eras adopted, Ald. Agee moving to adopt and <br />Ald. Counts seconding the motion. <br />By motion by A~.d.
