D, Burgin, <br />with the following members and city officials present: Commissioners L, ft. Rigby <br />and Robert A. ti'rhi.te, City Attorney Edward J.Cade, City Engineer A. B, P.4oore, <br />Supt . of Public "'~c~k, ViT. A. Arthur, and City C1erY. J.E. L~fu~tdo an. <br />~~ii.nutes of the last meetings were read and approved. <br />Mr. H. L. Boggess, representing Paul Prince Buick Company of Bayto~rn, appeared <br />before the Commission and wanted to kno4v if they could place a frame building in <br />the Fire Zone in Block 51, La Pai°te. The Comr~i.ssion advised him he could place <br />frame building containing as much as a hundred square feet sn a temporary basis <br />in t1v.s I_ocGtic~. <br />r,~rs. Eert~ia Cook appeased befc~ e the Commiseion ~~ r equeUted a 2" water rrair: <br />to her property outside the city limits, same beir~ a part of Lot ?~, Nebraska ~,.-~~ :~ <br />Syndicate S~.ibdivision. R.Rigby to <br />make survey anti recar~rnendation. The Com<ni.ssion advised Mrs. Cook they vrould let <br />her kr~o~r of their findings, about the middle of the v~~eek. <br />~~r. p. B. Idcc~e, City ~gineer on the streets, appeared before the Cort~.ssion <br />tivi.th plans on the proposed streets. <br />After much discussion, the street plans were approved, and upon oration by Rigby, <br />second by 1,~hite, instx~acting the Gity Cler1= to publish "Notice to Bidders" in <br />the City's official newspaper, bids to be opened Play l5, 1953, at i~:30 P. M. <br />atThe City Ha'L1. <br />Garried. <br />The Commission instructed the City Attorney to have published in the Cityts <br />official nev.~spaper a Notice of Public Hearing on the street program, i or Zu;ay <br />11, 1953, at 7:30 P.
