Motion was made by Commissioner <br />Osburn, seconded by Commissioner Dunham, that <br />water line be extended to a Fire Hydrant to be <br />installed in the most suitable place in the vicinity <br />of Happy Harbor. Motion carried. <br />9. Commissioner Osburn made a motion, <br />seconded by Commissioner Brown that the agreement <br />with Mr. Bruce Angel be confirmed, for closing <br />the alley in Block 18 of Sylvan Beach Addition in <br />that the sewer line be placed in Forrest Avenue by <br />the Angel-Hovey apartments and westerly to a point <br />to serve the most westerly lot in Block 18. Motion <br />carried. <br />10. Commissioner Brown made a motion, <br />seconded by Commissioner Osburn, that the policy <br />on Curb and Gutter be clarified in that only the <br />length necessary to encircle the block, or extend <br />from fronting property line to fronting property <br />line be constructed and paid for by the City; <br />length of curb and gutter not to exceed fronting <br />property line footage plus curb returns at block <br />corners only.
