Commissioner Stabs made a motion, secone~ed by Commissioner Shepherd, that the City of La Porte loin the Mayor's and Councilmen's Association. Motion carried. 7. Commissioner Stabs made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Baker, that the Cify Clerk be authorized to destroy certain old records and files that can be of no more use to the City. The City Clerk wi11 comply wtth accepted practices for municipalities in the destruction of records. Motion carried. * * ~ 8.
