A petition was received from fhe La Porte Bayshore Service <br />Station Operators Association (see Exhibit No. 1). They <br />requested that an Ordinance be passed prohibtttng Self-Service <br />Service Stations in La Porte. <br />Commissioner Stabs made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Compton that the building permit for such a project be withheld <br />until the City Attorney has had an opportunity fo brtef the <br />question, report to the Commission, and the Commission has acted. <br />Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />9.
