The Commission authorized Mr. Smith to send to the City ten racks and necessary gags to be used for six weeks on trial. + + + 5. The City Attorney was authorized to prepare an Oil Well Ordtnance. + + + 6. Mayor Pfeiffer stated that the Light Company had installed a street light at 5th and "E" Streets in error, but due to the need for a light in that location, would like to be authorized to leave it. Commissioner Compton made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Boyle that the City authorize the lighf at 5th and "E" Streets. Motion carried. + + + 7. Commissioner Stabs made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Compton and carried, that Ordtnance No. 748 be passed on first and final reading.
