<br /> <br />r: <br />Commissioner Boyle made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Shepherd that upon receipt of a letter from Buddy Warren, <br />authorizing the action, the check paying Estimate #2 to <br />Buddy Warren Co., Inc. be issued jointly with Utility Supply <br />Company. Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />10. A motion was made by Commissioner Stabs, seconded by Commissioner <br />Shepherd that a public hearing to consider the re-zoning of <br />Lits .1, 2, and 3, Block 796, Town of La Porte, be held at 7:00 <br />P.M., July 18, 1966. Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />11. Commissioner Stabs made a motion, seconded by commissioner <br />Shepherd that the hearing on the 1966-67 Budget, be held at <br />7:00 P. M., July 11, 1966. Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />12. A motion was made by Commissioner Stabs, seconded by Commissioner <br />shepherd and carried that Ordinance No. 664-D be passed on <br />first and final reading. <br />CAPTION: <br />AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING THREE MEMBERS TO THE ELECTRICAL <br />BOARD OF THF_ CITY OF LA PORTS, AS PROVIDED BY SECTION <br />ONE, ORDINANCE NO. 664 OF THE CITY OF LA PORTS. <br />+ + + <br />13. Commissioner Shepherd made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Boyle that the change order authorizing the use of polished <br />plate glass at the Civic Center, be approved.
