Commissioner shepherd made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Boyle and passed, that the following Accounty Payable be <br />approved: <br />Hamilton Construction Company ,192.00 <br />L. H. McKey 490.00 <br />Certified Labortories 409.50 <br />Kemp and Tony 178.59 <br />Gulf Oil Corporation 124.39 <br />Machine Records 446.50 <br />Jay Marks Chevrolet 190.32 <br />+ + + <br />12. A Motion was made by Commissioner Stabs, seconded by Commissioner <br />Shepherd and carried, that the following purchases be approved: <br />Greenwood Equipment Co. $177.70 <br />Minnesota Mining 809.00 <br />A. G. Bailey 135.00 <br />Certified Laboratories 342.50 <br />+ + + <br />13. The Commission discussed the revision of the bookdrop and the <br />:~ installation of downspouts at the Library. Action was tabled for <br />further study. <br />+ + + <br />14. A motion was made by Commissioner Shepherd, seconded by Commissioner <br />Stabs and carried, that the following estimated from Moore and Moore, <br />be approved for payment: <br />Estimate #6 - Civic Center X4,149.63 <br />Estimate #7 - Library - (Upon receipt 1,201.50 <br />of payrolls) <br />+ + + <br />15. Commissioner Stabs made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Compton <br />that the City not authorize a work order for the installation of a <br />hot water heater at the Library. Motion carried, with Commissioners <br />Stabs, Compton and Shepherd voting "yes" and Commissioner Boyle <br />withholding his vote. <br />+ + + <br />16. The City Clerk was instructed to write NJ. T. Carter 111, and advise <br />him that the City wil,1 not allow the excepttons to the Sub-Division <br />;~ Ordinance, as he had requested. <br />+ + + <br /> <br /> <br />
