A motion was made by Commissioner Burgin, and seconded by Commissioner <br />Boyle, tha the City trade Buck Thomas used 18" pipe for 15" pipe of <br />equal footage. Commissioner Boyle made a motion, sec onded by Commissioner Burgin, <br />that bids for the purchase of Oii and Gas products be recetved at <br />4:00 P.M., August 30, 1969, in the office of the City Clerk.
