Christensen, seconded by Comm. <br />Kibodeaux to pay Victory Pool and Gunite Co., <br />$3,000.00 as partial payment for repairs to <br />the swimming pool, with the balance of <br />$2,041.39 to be paid when all repairs have <br />been completed and accepted at the close <br />of the season. Motion carried by the follow- <br />ing vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />Sampson and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />15. Mayor Thomas stated there would be a work <br />shop session on June 7, 1972 with Dr. W.A. <br />Quebedeaux and Texas Water Quality Board <br />to discuss Chemetron Chemical Company <br />discharging their effulent into the City's <br />sewarge treatment plant. <br />+ + + <br />+ + + <br />16. Mayor Thomas stated that in the future all <br />bids received would be received and opened <br />at the regular commission meetings, with the <br />closing time being 7:00 P.M. and opening of <br />the bids would be the first item on the agenda. <br />+ + + <br />17. Motion by Comm. Kibodeaux, seconded by Comm. Boyle <br />that the meeting be adjourned.
