Public Hearing to consider the rezoning of <br />lots 17 through 32, block 164, Town of <br />La Porte, from Residential to Commercial. <br />The Public Hearing was opened by Mayor Thomas <br />who read the request from N 77 Ltd., (signed <br />by Mrs. Zula Stanford, Mr. R. R. Zirkelbach, <br />and Mr. H. H. McDonald) requesting the re- <br />zoning and stating the intent is to use the <br />property for the orderly expansion of Bay Area <br />Plaza. <br />It was ascertained that notices to alI property <br />owners within 200 feet of the property under <br />consideration for rezoning were mailed on June 21, <br />19'72 and that a Public Notice of this hearing <br />• <br />ar <br />
