<br />Regular Meeting 7/3/72 - continued <br />• trouble with manholes being set so low that <br />infiltration was so great it was creating <br />drainage problems and he would like to <br />initiate a program to build the manholes <br />up 6 to 8 inches. The Commission agreed <br />the project was needed, but at the present <br />time manpower was not available. It was <br />agreed that T'1r. Cline be authorized_ to <br />proceed with the project when manpower and <br />equipment was available. <br />+ + + <br />20. A lengthly discussion was held on the un- <br />sanitary conditions that exist at the <br />Colonial Oaks Apartment project. <br />Mr. Kennedy, City Inspector, stated the <br />owners had been sent a letter stating the <br />project violates Cit, Ordinance No. 716, <br />and they had ten (10~ days to correct the <br />violations before action. is taken. <br />C7 <br />+ + + <br />21.
