Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />Sampson and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />CAPTION: <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 780, THE CITY <br />OF LA PORTS ZONING ORDINANCE, BY CHANGING THE <br />CLASSIFICAT%ON OF THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND <br />HEREIN DESCRIBED; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE HEREOF. <br />• <br />+ + + <br />4. Mr. M. L. Miller addressed the Commission in <br />regards to his lease at the airport. Mr. Miller <br />stated he had met with the Airport Commission <br />in regards to his request to lease an additional <br />acre to build a nine (9) unit hanger. <br />Mayor Thomas read the recommendation from the <br />Airport Commission approving Mr. Miller's <br />request and informed Mr. Miller that the City <br />Attorney would prepare the lease and he would be <br />notified when it was ready. <br />Motion by Comm. Kibodeaux, seconded by Comm. <br />Christensen authorizing the Mayor to sign and <br />the City Clerk to attest the lease with Gulf <br />Central Aviation. Motion carried by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />Sampson and Boyle. <br />• NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />
