Motion by Comm. Kibodeaux, seconded by Comm. <br />Christensen that the sewer service project to <br />the north city limits be postponed for <br />discussion at the work shop on July 27,1972. <br />Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYi~S: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />Sampson and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />• 9. Mayor Thomas reported on the Wallace Johnson <br />Project. He stated, acting on authority <br />given him by the Commission, he and Mr. Busch <br />had met with Carlos Smith, Engineer for the <br />project, and as a result, the size of the water <br />lines and placement of fire hydrants had been <br />changed to meet city requirements. <br />Carlos Smith addressed the Commission in regards <br />to the project. He presented the plat and <br />pointed out a 10' easement that had been changed <br />to a 16' easement and said he would make the <br />changes on the original drawing. <br />Mayor Thomas stated since the Commission had <br />already given him the authority to sign the <br />final plat, he would give it to Mr. Broussard <br />for Planning; and Zoning approval and signatures. <br />+ + + <br />10. Motion by Comm. Boyle, seconded by Comm. <br />Kibodeaux to postpone for discussion at the <br />• work shop session, advertizing for bids <br /> <br />
